West Side Notaries was started by Lucy and Palmer Horst, a husband and wife team, living in the West Side of St. Paul, MN. Our goal is to make getting a notary as easy and painless as possible. We know how frustrating it is to need to have an official document notarized, but struggle to find a notary quickly or conveniently. We bring all our services to you; either through a quick and efficient remote online notarization session (anywhere), or in person at your location (within Minnesota).
